Raising Paths

Privacy Policy

Last updated July 2026 · Plain-language summary

Raising Paths helps families explore careers together. We collect the least we need to do that, we never sell your family's data, and we never show advertising to children.

What we collect

  • Parent account details (email) to sign you in.
  • Child profile details you add (name, optional age and grade).
  • Aptitude answers and progress you record, used to build the roadmap.
  • Basic technical data (device/browser) needed to run the service securely.

How we use it

To generate and personalize your child's roadmap, remember your preferences, keep your account secure, and improve the product. Scores are derived from real answers — we never invent them.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, we don't show ads to children, and we don't share a child's information with third parties for their own marketing.

AI features

Some content (like university suggestions and weekly plans) is generated by AI to explain numbers the app has computed. We label these clearly and don't feed identifying child data into models beyond what's needed to produce the result for you.

Your controls

You can view and update your family's information in Settings, and request a copy or deletion of your data at any time. Deleting your account removes your children's profiles and their records.

Children's data

Because this product is for families with children, we handle a child's information with extra care — see the Children's Privacy page for details.

This is a plain-language overview to help families understand how Raising Paths works, not formal legal advice. Questions? Reach us any time and we’ll help.
