Terms of Service
Last updated July 2026 · Plain-language summary
These terms explain what you can expect from Raising Paths and what we ask of you. By using the service you agree to them.
Who can use Raising Paths
Accounts are for parents and guardians (18+). You're responsible for the activity on your account and for supervising your child's participation.
What the service is
A tool to explore careers and build an evidence-based roadmap. Aptitude results and recommendations are starting points for exploration — not guarantees, diagnoses, or professional guidance, and nothing locks a child into a single path.
Plans and payments
Core features are free. Some features are part of a paid Family Plan. Any pricing is shown clearly before you pay, and you can cancel a plan at any time.
Your content
The information you add about your family stays yours. You grant us the permissions needed to store it and to operate the features you use.
Acceptable use
Please use the service lawfully and respectfully — no misuse, scraping, or harmful content, especially in community features.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; we'll note the date at the top and flag material changes.
This is a plain-language overview to help families understand how Raising Paths works, not formal legal advice. Questions? Reach us any time and we’ll help.
